Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! It’s hump day and we’re ready to celebrate it, just like we’re celebrating every other awesome day this month – dedicated just to you!
You asked for it on Instagram. So we made it happen for you! We’ve got a Bread SRLSY giveaway for one lucky winner this Celiac Disease Awareness Month!
I’ve talked about Bread SRSLY in the past. So much so, that when searching for photos I’ve used of Sadie and her awesome lady-lead show, I found one of my favorite graphics I’ve used in posts before about her. You’re welcome, Internet.
Here’s a little bit about Bread SRSLY and their products, in case you haven’t met them before:
“Bread SRSLY is committed to making nourishing bread. Each loaf is leavened with wild yeast, cultivated from the air and grain. Unlike commercial yeast, wild yeast helps to break down the grains, making them easier to digest, and adding a pleasant tang that we call sourdough. We created our bread only after months of research, applying traditional sourdough techniques to our gluten-free recipes. We learned that good bread takes its time to rise. Each Bread SRSLY loaf rises for more than 12 hours, making it SERIOUSLY good for you. In addition to being gluten-free, all Bread SRSLY products are free of dairy, egg, soy, nut, potato, tapioca, and garbanzo.”
But why do I buy Bread SRSLY? Besides supporting one awesome lady leader, I buy it because…it’s…gluten-free…vegan…sourdough! I only get to eat sourdough when I have seen Sadie in the past 48 hours. And honestly, not many celiacs have had a chance to have a handmade beautiful loaf of artisan-crafted sourdough bread since their time of diagnosis. The bread loaves come in classic, seeded, and kale (trust us, it’s not as funky as you are thinking right now). I am a classic kind of girl, but they’re always out of the kale so someone obviously is in on the secret.
