Review and Giveaway Red Apple Lipstick Summer of Passion Giveaway Day 5

It’s day five of the Red Apple Lipstick Summer of Passion Giveaway with Celiac and the Beast. Have you checked out all the other giveaways still going on? We’ve got Summer Sands, Mauve Me, Rallye Balm, and Boys ‘n’ Berries.

Today’s giveaway is R-evolution retractable lip pencil in “Nude.” I dig the new packaging for lip pencils – creamy retractable pencils are awesome. They have a full line of these retractable pencils – in Almost Red, Blush, Nude, and Roseberry. The Nude color is good for those who want lip definition without going crazy on the color.

Like other Red Apple Lipstick products, it’s gluten-free, paraben free, allergen free, vegan, cruelty-free, and mineral based. It retails for $21.00.

I’m giving the pencil itself a 4.5. However, I wouldn’t recommend writing on mirrors with it, as it’s prone to break! If I order another pencil, I’m definitely going with Almost Red – it’s such a pretty color!

    My daughter’s response:
    Dear Gluten,
Why do you treat me so bad? You stink. I am over you.
    NOT yours truly,

    Dear Gluten,

It’s not you, really, it’s me. My immune system, it just doesn’t like you. It’s not personal, but after that whole emergency room visit after a friend’s birthday party… we just go to the same parties anymore unless I wear my mask the whole time.

    I hope you understand,
    Summer

    Dear gluten,
I am grateful to you. Finding out i am allergic has only lead me in the direction to better health. becoming gluten free was only the first step. I have been gluten free for 22 years now (doesn’t bother me a bit) Now I am vegan and am going for a all raw food diet. so thank you for leading me into the right direction.

    Dear Gluten,

I thought you weren’t my enemy and I was overreacting and so was everyone else, so I decided to smother my rice in the soy sauce you love to hang out in and I regret it miserably. Thank you for keeping me in bed all day..

    I HATE YOU,
    Megan

    Dear Gluten,

At first you made me sad, but then you made me so much more aware. More aware of my relationship with food. More aware of exactly what I was entering into my body. By being a pain in the ass, you allowed me to take control and learn a hell of a lot.

I hate you, but I also thank you,

    Maryam
