*Giveaway* Gluten Free Sugar Cleanse Virtual Seat At Gluten Free School

Are you a self-described sugar addict or carbo-holic?

Do you feel like your cravings for sugar & carbs have gotten worse since going GF?

Is one piece of candy or one cookie never enough to satisfy you?

If you said yes, then this giveaway is for you! I’ve partnered with Jennifer Fugo from Gluten Free School to offer you an AMAZING giveaway. She’s a Certified Health Coach & Yoga Teacher and is pretty awesome. THANKS JENNIFER!

Even though I’ve been gluten-free for long enough to feel comfortable in the diet, I still feel like sugar ultimately controls my life. I’m desperately afraid to go Paleo or do the Whole 30 because I know that I’d have to give up my precious sugar. Even though I really limit my intake, it still dictates my moods and I can’t go a day without a sweet.

I have this little addiction to gummy bears but I’m getting better I promise 🙂 I haven’t had them in a month.

Yeast! My biggest problem is convenience. Doc says I need to get away from so many carbs, especially breakfast. I need my system to be in good working order so that I can start tackling the Lyme that has been in my system for upwards of 30 years.

I’ve been gluten free for almost 5 years now and at first, there really wasn’t much in the way of sugary carby goodness for me to enjoy. Now that there are so many awesome substitutes out there, I find myself pouring more and more of them into my face. I’m in nursing school and I can feel my whole body just getting more exhausted and burned out. I need to really amp up my diet and get some more, proper food in me. Help!

I have a major sweet tooth that often gets me in trouble and it has definitely worsened since I’ve been gluten free (I’m gluten and lactose intolerant). I am becoming much more worried about my sugar intake as I’ve grown older because diabetes runs heavily on both sides of my family, as does high cholesterol and blood pressure. This course would help me get on the right track when it comes to my sugar intake. Thanks!

I had a sugar problem before I went gluten free. When I get the idea in my head, there’s no stopping it, I obtain candy without even realizing it. I didn’t think twice about this being a problem until I met my now fiancé. He rarely eats sweets, much less craves them. The thought that someone wasn’t compelled to walk to a convenience store on a whim because they needed some sour gummy worms never even occurred to me as possible. I’m working really hard to curb it by tracking all of my calories and nutrition daily so there’s no denying it. But it’s been more difficult than giving up gluten!

I could use a cleanse. I don’t necessarily need it, but there are days (more like 5 out of 7) that I crave it. Constantly. All day. A cleanse may be just what I need to kick the sugar habit.
