Review: Wellesse Liquid Gluten Free Vitamins

First, let me apologize to Wellesse for taking so darn long to write this review! As you probably all know from my year end review, multiple Instagram photos, and mentions on Facebook – I love Wellesse! I was actually recommended them from a person on Twitter when I talked about my vitamin deficiency. I hate taking any pills – especially daily, and it was good to hear that there was a gluten-free liquid vitamin that came in all sorts of different varieties to fit all of my health needs.

According to his website, “all Wellesse Liquid Supplements are certified gluten free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization, GFCO at www.gfco.org.” HOoRay!

Now, my naturopath gave me a list of all the vitamins I was deficient in and was given several bottles of pills. Once I had the pills I had to research them to see when I should take them, and – more importantly – if they were gluten free. After my first round those pills, I discovered Wellesse and my problems were solved. All of their liquid vitamins are gluten-free and apparently my body loves them because I’m absorbing vitamins really well and am back on track nutritionally!

But, Wellesse also has supplements that aren’t vitamins. I’ve been taking the Aloe Vera supplement and the Digestive Health supplement too. This is a great way for me to get fiber that isn’t raw fruits and veggies (since they still sometimes get the best of me with gastroparesis).

One of the best parts about Wellesse is the way that they taste! They taste like Otter Pops! While some are way tastier than others (I still don’t recommend the D3 or Calcium supplements), but I certainly don’t mind the taste! My favorite taste is the Aloe Vera!

So when you go to order Wellesse, you actually have to go through Alice.com. If you don’t know what Alice.com is, it’s a great online ordering site that has just about everything! I love it! You can also get offers on their offer page.

Obviously I’m a huge proponent of the brand. Yes, it’s expensive, but I love it! I spend a lot on supplements – because it’s my health! I highly recommend this brand and you bet I’ll keep ordering it online!

Why do you not recommend the Calcium or D3?

Just the taste, I don’t like the taste of those supplements!
