Giveaway: I’m A Celiac Gluten Free Family Approved Recipes Cookbook

Today’s Celiac Disease Awareness Month Celebration entry comes from Pam from I’m a Celiac! She not only is a GF blogger, but also makes great GF-friendly shirts and an awesome easy recipe cookbook for quick meals for the family. She was awesome to hang out with at GFAF Expo in Chicago and she’s really making great strides in the GF community.

Pam from I'm a Celiac

Here’s the book! Yes, an actual book! It’s filled with recipes that are easy to make and good for the whole family!

I'm a Celiac TOO

You can follow her blogΒ here. She’s so real, and a great resource for GF moms, as her most recent post is all about having a gluten-free pregnancy!

You can purchase her cookbook on AmazonΒ here, unless you get to meet her in person at one of the many expos she is at.

Below are two random snippets from the book itself (all three winners will be receiving a copy of this book – THANK YOU PAM). I like that it’s NOT just a cookbook, but that it gives you real-life cooking suggestions – like freezing meals in advance and crockpot meals – something that is a necessity if you are an on-the-go celiac looking for easy meals and also money-saving solutions.

Freezer Meal Tips

Yum! I want to make these so badly! Will try with an egg replacer soon! πŸ™‚

Thanks again Pam! You rock, and best of luck with the cookbook!

The book looks great! I too always appreciate tips for freezing meals; I think the freezer is the most underappreciated resource in so many people’s kitchens.

I am new to gluten free foods, just figured out this is why I was choking on foods laced with wheat-I cannot swallow them. I get sick if I take in gluten. I need some great recipes to keep me on track and share with family members to whom are gluten sensitive too. This recipe book seems like it would be an excellent source for my new way of living!
