Celiac Awareness Month Day 19: Beanfields Snacks

Happy Monday from Beanfields! Not only is Beanfields our daily sponsor for DAY 19 – but they are our weekly sponsor! You might have seen our website chance to be All-Beanfields-24/7.

Celiac and the Beast Twitter Party

Celiac and the Beast Twitter Party

We’re also hosting a TWITTER PARTY TONIGHT (Monday 5/19) at 5pm PDT/8pm PDT. In order to be able to win BEANFIELDS you’ve got to RSVP – RSVP FOR THE TWITTER PARTY HERE: http://celiacandthebeast.com/2014/05/catb-beanfields-twitter-party-monday-519/

Here’s the lowdown on Beanfields. They are chips made of BEAN and RICE – not corn. They’re non-GMO project verified. They’re also vegan (yes, even the new Ranch flavors). All of their flavors of rice and bean chips are free of the 8 most common food allergens.

If you’ve ever been at an event with me, you’ll probably see me nom’ing on some of these chips – the Pico de Gallo is my favorite (although RANCH is a close second).

Newest Beanfields flavors include RANCH and BARBECUE. Their barbecue flavor is vegan and sugar-free, as it’s sweetened with stevia leaf extract. My new favorite thing is the ranch bean & rice chips – they’re vegan so they’re dairy-free and delicious!

Beanitos Vegan Corn-Free Gluten-Free Chips

Beanitos Vegan Corn-Free Gluten-Free Ranch Chips

PLEASE NOTE: While Beanfields are manufactured on equipment shared with wheat, they have gone above and beyond on assuring that their products are gluten-free. They are certified gluten-free with GFCO (the certification organization of GIG). You can actually see their posted certification here. Any company that is certified by GFCO has to comply with their rules – meaning their product tests AT OR BELOW 10 PPM (which is far below the less than 20ppm that is mandatory to be labeled gluten-free).

You can find full-size bags of chips from about $2.99-$3.99 and snack sized chips from $1.19-$1.49 at a store near you. I’ve seen them in my area at Whole Foods and Sprouts! You can also order ONLINE HERE: http://www.beanfieldssnacks.com/BuyNow.html with UPS Carbon Neutral Shipments! However, they can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or PO boxes.

You can enter to win a FULL CASE OF BEANFIELDS CHIPS – that’s all 6 flavors! Use the Rafflecopter below in order to enter!
