If you visit the Ginnybakes Facebook page – you might think you’re in the wrong place at first. Everything seems to be about gratitude, positivity, kindness, yoga and eating well. Wait, I thought we were talking about cookies? Yes, we are. Today we’re talking about Ginnybakes – an organic gluten-free cookie brand that has a very passionate founder that believes in baking with love and passion (also a holistic nutritionist – probably where the yoga comes in).

Ginnybakes are made in a gluten-free facility and uses organic ingredients and is also certified organic, vegan (Dreamy Vegan Delight and bars) and non-GMO project verified (seriously you’ll get sick of seeing the word “organic” on their ingredient list). Ginnybakes has a full line of organic pre-made pre-packaged cookies in a variety of flavors, pre-packaged bars, and pre-packaged mixes so you can create your own Ginnybakes cookies!  Online they are $5.99 for a box of cookies and $7.00 for one of their dry mixes. They also have their vegan bars for sale in a box of 10 for $24.00 including their Happy Chocolate Bliss bars. Just look at these wholesome (yet delicious-sounding) ingredients!

Perhaps you’ve seen them at a gluten-free expo near you? They were recently at the Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest with Living Without Gluten Free & More Magazine! Did you see them there?

They sent me a few products to try, even though most were made with dairy and eggs. Of course, my personal reigning favorite of the Ginnybakes world is the Dreamy Vegan Delight. This cookie is a hard-baked vegan cookie made with coconut and molasses to make a pretty dreamy cookie.
