Okay, now that you’re all set for tomorrow’s party, let’s talk about ATTUNE FOODS! You may know them better as their cereal brand – EREWHON ORGANIC CEREAL. Attune Foods is all about SIMPLE and WHOLESOME ingredients, and it shows in their ingredients! They are certified organic and non-GMO project verified! They’re also all about WHOLE GRAINS – and here’s a little snippet from their site that explains more:

There are three parts to a whole grain:
1. Germ (the inner layer) – contains B vitamins that play a key role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and energy.
2. Endosperm (the middle layer) – provides a source of energy for body cells.
3. Bran (the outer layer) – is an excellent source of fiber.

Thus, whole grain cereals are an excellent and easy way to get many of the necessary nutrients important to a healthy diet. Rich in complex carbohydrates that provide a source of energy and dietary fiber, whole grains also contain nutrients such as vitamin E and selenium, which may protect against heart disease and cancer…

Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice Cereals (all varieties) and Erewhon Rice Twice are also produced using the entire whole grain. Each piece of cereal is actually a whole-grain individual piece of rice that has been either steamed or crisped, and then puffed.

As always, Attune Foods is committed to offering a variety of products that support a healthy lifestyle and the specific nutritional needs of our customers. Taste the whole-grain difference!

Check out the epic varieties of cereals they have that are gluten-free (GFCO certified of course)!:

  • Crispy Brown Rice
  • Crispy Brown Rice – No Salt Added
  • Crispy Brown Rice with Mixed Berries
  • Cocoa Crispy Brown Rice
  • Honey Rice Twice
  • Corn Flakes
  • Strawberry Crisp
  • Quinoa and Chia (Supergrains)
  • Buckwheat and Hemp (Supergrains)

These may look like familiar names, because I’ve reviewed a ton of Attune Foods’ Erewhon cereals in the past! Here are some links if you want to check out the reviews of their Strawberry Crisp and Crispy Brown Rice Cereal with Mixed Berries!

If you’ve been around long enough, you know that I have an obsession with the Strawberry Crisp cereal! Freeze-dried strawberries – enough said!

Look at all of those strawberries!

Another gluten-free product featured today is the ATTUNE probiotic bars – in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and mint chocolate – are also gluten-free as well, giving you chocolate with a dose of probiotic! While these products are featured less-often than the cereals, I’ve seen super fans of these probiotic chocolate bars! Never discount the power of chocolate!

I’d be surprised if you haven’t seen Erewhon cereals in a store near you, but in case you haven’t, here’s the link to the store locator: http://www.attunefoods.com/store-locator
