It’s DAY 9 of Celiac Disease Awareness Month and today we’re highlighting one of our friends – WAY BETTER SNACKS!
Way Better Snacks are sprouted chips in a variety of flavors – including new sriracha and mustard onion that debuted at Expo West 2014. If you can tell by the picture below, I really like the chips.

I Love My Way Better Snacks
You can learn more about the sprouting process on their website, and why sprouting is so special and better for you. All of their chips are certified gluten-free (hip hip hooray) and all of them are delicious. Even Gluten Free Fairy agrees (pictured here with WBS superstar Linda).

The Gluten Free Fairy loves Way Better Snacks!
I reviewed the traditional flavors (not the new flavors) awhile back on Celiac and the Beast way back in May 2012 http://celiacandthebeast.com/2012/05/review-way-better-snacks-gluten-free-chips/.
As for the new flavors, they are just as good – if not superior – to the existing flavors of Way Better Snacks. While I was reluctant to try a mustard chip, I quickly fell in love with the flavor. It’s a mild red onion and yellow mustard flavor at first, but the mustard tart aftertaste kicks in after you swallow. It is a unique flavor I have never found in a chip before. I can’t believe that I went through my sample stash from Expo West 2014 so quickly. I need my fix. I NEED MY FIX. Maybe Way Better Snacks will hook me up at the next expo (hint hint wink wink). Until then, YOU can win a package full of Way Better Snacks for yourself!
