Join us on Twitter using the hashtag #FACCWDW as we talk about the upcoming event in Orlando November 22nd. We’re going to tweet about the great sponsors of the event, the compelling speakers, and all of the EXTRA MAGIC that is sprinkled throughout (and before) the conference! This event at Walt Disney World be epic – and so is the Twitter party! During the Twitter Party, we’ll be giving away prizes from some vendors and sponsors of the event. Below are all the details you’ll need to party with us on Twitter, and get prepared for the fun in Orlando!

The Twitter party will use Random.org for the random prize drawing. Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the event on the @CeliacBeast Twitter page and via DM and/or email.

HOW TO ENTER
1) Like any good party, you’ve got to RSVP! RSVP here by posting your Twitter handle in the Rafflecopter widget (ex. @CeliacBeast) BEFORE the Twitter Party starts. Please make sure that the Twitter account that you post is not set to private – we’ll need to see your tweets.
2) Follow the party host (@CeliacBeast) and sponsor (@CelebrateAware) during the Twitter Party (November 6th 4pm PST) and follow along with the hour-long party using the hashtag #FACCWDW

Eligibility: Celiac and the Beast FACCWDW Twitter Party (the “Party” or “Twitter Party”) is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age, except employees of Celiac and the Beast (“Sponsor”), FACCWDW (“Promotional Partner”) and their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each.

The Twitter Party is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

You are not authorized to participate in the Twitter Party if you are located outside of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

ENTRY TERMS
Via Twitter: To enter via Twitter, during the Party Period, sign into your Twitter account. If you do not have a Twitter account, create one by visiting www.twitter.com. Twitter accounts are free. You must make sure to make your tweets are “public” and not set to “private” in order to be eligible to win – only active and non-public twitter accounts are eligible.

RSVPs must be received between entry period start date and 5pm PDT on August 13th 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Any entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered.

You must also be a member of good standing of Twitter in order to participate in the Party. Twitter, Inc. is not a sponsor of this Party and does not endorse or otherwise have anything to do with this or any giveaway by the brand (Celiac and the Beast LLC) and FACCWDW. In the case of a dispute over a Twitter entrant, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to a Twitter account by www.twitter.com. All terms and conditions of Twitter.com apply. If you choose to enter via Twitter using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device’s features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.

Limit one (1) entry per person and/or twitter account. Entries become the property of sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants are not permitted to RSVP to the party more than once during the duration of the party. Duplicate entries by the same person will be subject to disqualification. Multiple entrants via RSVP are not permitted to share the same Twitter account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter account, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
PRIZE DETAILS
Prizes: Winners will each receive a prize. Total ARV of prizes at discretion of the brand. Certain restrictions on prizes may apply. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value.

Selection of Winners: Potential Winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about November 6th (from among all eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period) conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential Winner will be notified on or about November 6th 2014, and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Potential Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the next random winner. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

By entering into this Sweepstakes you consent to allowing the brand or sponsor to contact you via twitter and/or email to alert you if you have won; and to post your Twitter handle along with the prize you have won in the event you win on Twitter. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.

Release of Liability
By participating, you release Sponsor, Promotional Partner, Twitter Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies (“Released Entities”) from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and agree that the Released Entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize.
