Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery is excited to bring Gluten-Free Ciabatta Rolls to your family dinner table and I’m excited to help promote these!
If you remember, I first talked about these rolls before during Celiac Awareness Month. Check out the full piece here: http://celiacandthebeast.com/2014/05/celiac-awareness-month-day-28-rudis-gluten-free-bakery/. These rolls are ready in 8-10 minutes – crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I highly recommend the Rosemary Olive Oil rolls. They are delicious with turkey leftovers or to bake in the oven with cheese and proscuitto!
They are certified gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. Here’s the ingredient list:Water, potato extract, tapioca starch, rice flour, rice starch, evaporated cane juice (cane sugar), egg white, yeast, sea salt, xanthan gum, olive oil, rosemary, sodium bicarbonate, garlic powder, natural enzymes.

I would make pulled pork bbq sliders! 🙂
I would make a chicken salad sandwich.
We still have some leftover turkey, so I would make a turkey salad sandwich.

I would totally make chicken parm sandwich sliders!!!
I would love to just simply add garlic and eat it with pasta on the side!
Some lentil sloppy joes!
I’ve heard nothing but good things about these lil’ guys. I’d probably do some sort of makeshift biscuits and gravy. I can never find the tim or reason to make my own biscuits, so this just skips a step! Although, I DO dig the sounds of sliders like others are mentioning. Good thing I live alone- more for me to experiment with!
Oh, I’m gonna tell you this! I would make mini oven grinders with salami, ham and a beautiful cheese like fontina and maybe some mozza….then add some carmelized onions as well. And then dress it with Italian oil and vinager and some mayo! Oh, now I must have these!
I would make a mini pizza or tomato basil mozz sandwich depending on my mood!
I would make individual Italian pizza subs-miss them so much!
Mini Bombay burgers
I would put the ciabotta rolls in a pan put some chili on tom with some lettuce and sour cream and cheese and some salsa
I would make a mozzarella and tomato stacker, with basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
I would make portobello mushroom sliders!
I would make a really good sandwich. Maybe a tuna melt or ruben.
I would make either garlic bread or mini pizzas, yum!
Flavored hot rolls, croutons, all-stars sandwiches…the possibilities are endless.
A really good tuna sandwich.
I would make a bbq chicken sandwich
I would make grilled cheese
gluten free chicken parm – I’m drooling just thinking about it!
I would make mini sandwiches and mini garlic bread.
I would make blt sandwiches.
I would love a chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato. Yum.
