Rudi’s Gluten Free Ciabatta Rolls Review & Giveaway

Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery is excited to bring Gluten-Free Ciabatta Rolls to your family dinner table and I’m excited to help promote these!

If you remember, I first talked about these rolls before during Celiac Awareness Month. These rolls are ready in 8-10 minutes – crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I highly recommend the Rosemary Olive Oil rolls. They are delicious with turkey leftovers or to bake in the oven with cheese and proscuitto!

I’ve heard nothing but good things about these lil’ guys. I’d probably do some sort of makeshift biscuits and gravy. I can never find the tim or reason to make my own biscuits, so this just skips a step! Although, I DO dig the sounds of sliders like others are mentioning. Good thing I live alone- more for me to experiment with!
