I love any blogging event that I don’t HAVE to hit the road to another city, an unfamiliar bed, and safe food that I have to seek out. So when I found out that SoFabU on the road had a Phoenix event, I figured – why not? Sometimes it’s great to step OUT of the food blogging (especially specialty diet food blogging) world to see what other bloggers look for, and what they are learning at more mainstream blogging conferences. A conference like this can help Celiac and the Beast better perform, find better sponsors for readers, etc. I’m excited to see what comes out of it. More details on the conference are below!
