Imagine this – fresh, organic soup when you want it – without having to make it! Today we’re featuring a unique product for #CDAM15. Boulder Organic! is a brand that I was introduced to at the various food shows like Natural Products Expo West. I was excited that everything they make was gluten-free and that they had vegan options, but I never expected to find it in my own Whole Foods. I’m so excited that this brand is getting more distribution because they deserve it!

All Boulder Organic! soups are non-GMO project verified, USDA organic, and certified gluten free. On top of making great soups – they’re also a great company (I mean, who expects anything else coming out of Boulder, CO). Boulder Organic! soup comes in several flavors:

• Green Chile Corn Chowder (no dairy or eggs)
• Butternut Squash Soup with Sage (DAIRY)
• Roasted Tomato Basil Soup (DAIRY)
• Red Lentil Dahl Soup (vegan – and my favorite)
• Golden Quinoa and Kale Soup (vegan)
• Potato Leek Soup (DAIRY)
• Garden Minestrone Soup (vegan)

This is no ordinary canned soup. This soup tastes like something a mom would make for you – if your mom could make killer vegan soup. I know that I could probably make minestrone soup on my own – BUT WHY WOULD I BOTHER WITH THAT. I’ve got things to do, books to read, Instagrams to take, and cookies to eat. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

This soup will need to be refrigerated, so look for it in a refrigerated section of your grocery store – like the prepared food aisle or in the deli. I found mine at Whole Foods at a prepared food end cap (see photo). After opening, the soup is good for about 3-4 days because it’s FRESH soup. Don’t worry, it’s so delicious you’ll probably eat it all before then. But that’s the beauty of this soup too – no preservatives!
