Celiac Disease Awareness Month: Enjoy Life Foods SPONSORED Giveaway #CDAM15

Welcome to another week of Celiac Disease Awareness Month! We’ve had three amazing weekly sponsors and we’re ready for our last weekly sponsor. We’re so happy to welcome Enjoy Life Foods to #CDAM15!

Enjoy Life Foods has sponsored Celiac and the Beast before, and we’re so lucky to have them on again! Before I started working with ELF as a blogger, I enjoyed their products as a gluten-free newly-diagnosed celiac that was looking for products. And now, as I eliminate more and more out of my diet – I’m thankful that Enjoy Life Foods is free of the TOP 8 ALLERGENS. Plus – their team is full of really great and supportive people – which is all a blogger could ask for!

They’ve also got a variety of products that can satiate any of your top 8 free needs!

SOFT BAKED COOKIES: Don’t miss this Snickerdoodle soft baked, chewy, and delicious cookies! I used these cookies to make adorable Valentine’s Day cake pops for Gluten Free & More magazine here!

CRUNCHY COOKIES: These are great to pack in lunches or great to crumble up and create crusts for pies or desserts – especially the vanilla honey graham!

CHEWY BARS:  Don’t miss the Sunbutter Crunch bar – a collab with one of our other allergen-friendly favorites, SUNBUTTER!

DECADENT BARS: These are a mix between a snack bar and a full-fledged dessert. These are so delicious and rich – especially the Cinnamon Roll bar and the S’mores bar!

SEED AND FRUIT MIXES: Don’t miss the Beach Bash with little chunks of candied pineapple inside! These to-go packs are great for travel!

BAKING CHOCOLATE: I think you all know how obsessed I am with the dark chocolate morsels. You will be too when you bake with them! They’ve also got great chocolate bars that you’ll have a chance to win with us!

PLENTILS: Plentils are chips made from lentil flour. I made a total 180 on my thoughts on these chips. I was not a fan at first, and now we stock up whenever we find them in our area. They are less fat than chips and made with lentil flour. I’m a huge fan of the dill & sour cream flavor, but our household is dominated by bags of margherita pizza!

And of course – we can’t forget – their new baking mixes that are debuting very very very soon! You can preview them online at their shop – but you can’t order them yet. Believe me, you won’t miss it when they debut because Celiac and the Beast is going to have a party to celebrate!
