Welcome back to Celiac Disease Awareness Month! As I get ready to leave Minneapolis from GFFAFest, I wanted to bring you one of my favorite new brands that I’ve met over the past year – The Half Baked Baking Company.

The Half Baked Baking Company. offers gourmet cookie mixes in cute little cups. Everything is inside! They offer cookie mixes in several flavors: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookie, and more unique flavors like Blueberry White Chocolate, Cinnamon Museli, Macadamia White Chocolate, and Ginger Chai. Keep in mind that some do contain milk, but I’ve been very lucky that my favorites are vegan (dairy-free and can be made egg-free!). On top of the cookie mixes, they also offer an all-purpose flour that uses millet and sorghum flour and a biscotti mix.

I’ve talked about Half Baked Baking Company before when they launched their Kickstarter.After I made all of my cookies that I received to test, non-GFBF said “what happened to all those cookies that I loved?” And rarely does he remember a brand that was so yummy he requests it again when we run out. So I went back online and ordered more!

I’m really excited for their newest product, their almond biscotti mix! We made chocolate chip almond biscotti (as pictured below) with Enjoy Life Foods dark chocolate morsels added to the mix too! It was so easy to follow the instructions and make some delicious biscotti!
