#CATBHoliday: Miffy’s Mix & Twist Mix Giveaway

Miffys Pumpkin Mix & Twist

This week we’re welcoming Miffy’s Foods to the Celiac and the Beast Holiday 2015 party! Welcome Miffy’s! If you’re not familiar with Miffy’s Foods yet, you’ve got to check out their three certified gluten-free muffin mixes. They’re available in gluten-free spice, banana, and banana chocolate chip. With these basic, yet satisfying, base flavors, you can add in your own additional mix-ins – hence the mix and twist name.

They are obviously free from gluten, but also free from dairy, nuts, eggs and soy. They’re made with Bob’s Red Mill whole grains, they’re non-GMO and made with whole grains. You’ll just need to add eggs (or substitute), milk (or substitute), oil, and your flavoring (like mashed bananas for the banana chocolate chip mix. With the spice mix you can create pumpkin spice, apple spice, carrot spice, and zucchini spice (which, by the way, are all terrible names for the next Spice Girl, should the band reunite in the future). I think I would add in carrot and ginger to make a veggie spice muffin. I’d also definitely make a batch just full of chocolate chips – because…why not?

They are made in Oregon, one of my favorite places in the universe! I met them at the Portland Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest this year after a personal family recommendation to check them out. I’m so glad I did, because not only is Miffy herself pretty great, but her muffins are pretty awesome too. Make sure to check the muffins out on MiffysFoods.com and thank them for being a CATB supporter!

Erica, let me ask you again about the terms and conditions. It says you have to be a member of Facebook, and I’m not, however I could and did look the Facebook pages. I didn’t do the Instagram or Twitter entries, because I’m not on social media. So, please disqualify from the Facebook entries if I shouldn’t have done them. Thanks. I would probably make banana chocolate chip muffins.
