What’s up with Celiac and the Beast this week? 

I’m in the middle of preparing for Natural Products Expo West. This is the biggest trade show (sorry, no consumers) of the year and this is where I get most of my content for the whole year! Food trends, new product launches, new companies, etc. This is EPIC!

Udi’s is hosting a HUGE giveaway (over $500 in prizes) for their #GFSquad campaign! Read all about it in my post here.

We also just wrapped up the April/May issue of Gluten Free and More magazine and the Spring Special Issue will be wrapped up soon! Lots of new products for you to try out in both of the issues. I’m loving the Rowenta air purifier – or as we call him at home – “the robot.” It has an indicator light to alert you of poor air quality. We put it by the litter box and The Robot does NOT like stinky cat poop, thai food, or Arizona spring allergens. The new Oasis line from Le Creuset is also going to be so popular this year. It’s such a beautiful collection. I’m going to be giving away some of it on the Gluten Free & More instagram page too – so make sure you follow @MyLifeWithFoodAllergies.
