Welcome to another installment of Enjoy Life Foods‘ Fridays! This Friday we’re talking about PIZZA, because the start of the weekend is always better with pizza. But today we’re making a special pizza with some pretty awesome ingredients.
But first, the crust. The Enjoy Life Foods’ pizza crust mix is pretty new, but hopefully you’ve had a chance to try it! It’s one of my favorites out of the new baking mixes. These baking mixes are all higher-protein mixes made from ancient grains like teff and millet. This pizza crust mix, on top of its unique ingredients, is also incredibly easy to make – just oil and water! But what to put on top?

And what’s even better? I didn’t even screw it up. I know, you’re shocked. Just look! I made this! Apparently it stays good for about a week in the fridge, but I know it won’t last that long. Hello, leftovers for breakfast.

After the pizza was pulled out from the oven, the arugula was chopped and placed on the pizza. Then it was time to chow down! Look at how impressive this looks for being homemade – from me!

I love pesto, caramelized onions, prosciutto and ricotta but I have so many favorites!
I’ve recently found out that I’m pretty sensitive to tomatoes, so this is an awesome option in place of pizza sauce! Usually, I put sliced figs from our tree on top of my pizza, but I love to idea of using figs in the sauce!
Some homemade pesto, spinach, lots of veggies, and daiya cheese on top! YUM!
Mine would be an all veggie pizza.
My ideal pizza toppings are ham and pineapple
i love arugula and bacon!
Mushrooms, black olives and fresh tomatoes!
My favorite pizza combination starts with a thin layer of olive oil. chopped garlic, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, pine nuts, mozzarella and fresh basil.
My favorite pizza is a thick crust with white sauce, shrimp and mushrooms
Cheese, garlic, spinach, olive oil and marinara, black olive, green peppers, tomato, red onion.
I can no longer have tomatoes – this sounds like a good recipe to try. Or I would do olive oil, spices, Romano cheese, Sweet Italian Sausage, choppped white onions and more provolone cheese.
I would love to make a topping of figs, dates, red onion, poblano peppers, fresh basil leaves, fresh baby spinach, sauted mushrooms, and sprinkled with feta!
Tomatoes and Daiya.
I love my pizza with all veggies toppings including olives, mushrooms, peppers and onions.
This combo look so amazing! And figs!!! Yum!!
White pizza with ricotta and spinach and garlic……YUM!
Wow! That looks amazing. I like basil and tomatoes on my pizza.
I feel fancy just looking at that pizza! WHOA!
I gotta admit, I’m not a fan of veggies on pizza, I’m a cheese and meat kinda girl, but I’d be willing to give this version a try!
Pesto and tomato! with some pepperoni!
I love roasted veggies
My favorite pizza toppings are tender slices of steak, fresh onions, fresh green peppers and fresh mushrooms with provolone and American cheeses on a cheesy provolone crust.
My favorite pizza toppings are mushrooms, black olives and green peppers.
I love a BBQ sauce based pizza. Yum! Throw some pineapple at that too.
I love home-made tomato sauce, fresh bell peppers, fresh mushrooms, caramelized onions, and Daiya cheese. After it has been baked in the oven, I love to top it with arugula, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Yum…Yum!
