#CDAM16 Daily Sponsor Enjoy Life Foods Fridays

Welcome to Enjoy Life Foods Friday! Every Friday during Celiac Disease Awareness Month, our sponsor Enjoy Life Foods will be giving away a VIP prize package to a lucky winner. But, I’m also shooting some fun videos making semi-homemade goodies using their products! Come join in on the Friday FUN!

Today we’re featuring one of my favorite items – PLENTILS. You’ll never know these chips are lentil-based because they’re salty and crunchy like a “regular” chip, just without the grease! And what’s better than Plentils? Chocolate of course. Don’t get weird about dipping chips in chocolate – everyone is doing it now, especially the cool kids. But they have a point – mixing salty with sweet is a treat for your tastebuds. So take today and make some sea salt and sugar Plentils!

We made a short video and shared it to our Instagram this morning, but in case you want to make your own dipped Plentils, we’ve slowed it down in the video below. Also, enjoy Mandy Moore singing one of my favorite songs from the 90’s. You’re welcome in advance.

I would dip them in chili or use them as croutons in a salad

I’m not very creative, so I would use your recipe – I love potato chips and pretzels dipped in chocolate – so this would be fun to try!

In all honesty, I just want to eat them plain! What a great snack. This does not appeal to me – chocolate with the chips. But don’t worry. I would eat the chocolate chips as well!

I am a savory kind of person but the salty sweet combo does appeal to me. I would have to try them dipped in chocolate!
