    I love the idea of using the seed and fruit packets for muffins! Or for anything that needs fancying up (salads!) I love a good old chocolate chip muffin, so I may stick to that for the first time using the Enjoy Life muffins mix. (Breakfast and dessert together, hello!)

    I actually have a box of this from my monthly Love with Food box. I am thinking of cooking Sweet Italian sausage and then mixing the muffin batter. Scoop some of the mix into a well greased muffin tin and putting a chunk of sausage in the middle then baking! Might have to work out a few details because sausage can be greasy.
