Thanks so much for this article, I had no idea there was gf bouillon!! I love using bouillon when I make my Spanish rice 🙂 Looking forward to trying it out.
I would use this in a number of recipes and soups. I’ve been searching for a good gf boullion replacement for some old recipes I want to convert and this would be perfect!
I would use it to add flavor to risotto!
i loe adding it to soups and to stir fry veggies to add flavor without calories!
I make a pot of vegetables in gluten free sauce and serve it over rice (I call it my crustless pot pie) and use Massel broth.
I love Massel bouillon cubes! I use them all the time to make soups and when marinating chicken in my crockpot!

Like the others have said great for soups – broth- stock.

Oh I have a few roast recipes that call for this and I am so excited to find a gluten free one!
I use their bouillon in everything. Unfortunately it’s not sold in any Michigan stores that I know of, and I’m about to run out of my stash!
Would love to involve more flavor in things like cauliflower rice!
For those of us who like to cook, bouillon is a basic recipe ingredient … finding “good” bouillon that is also gluten-free is a task. I would love to try the various varieties Massel offers.
