Welcome to another daily giveaway on Celiac and the Beast for #CDAM16! Namaste Foods is a great brand that is free from the top 8 common allergens. Namaste Foods Raw Goods is the newest line for the brand. I discovered it at Natural Products Expo West and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a few bags for myself.
Namaste Foods new
RAW GOODS line is focused on flours and the basics – available in organic and non-organic. So far, I’ve had a chance to use their organic garbanzo bean flour, their organic sorghum flour, and their new brand of arrowroot starch. What did I make with this? I used the garbanzo bean flour to make chickpea crackers from
The Chickpea Flour Cookbook (
affiliate link).
They’re gluten-free, vegan, and magical. I put them up for exchange at the Eat Write Retreat recent food swap!
If you’re into garbanzo bean flour, I would definitely recommend this cookbook. You’ve got plenty of options. And for the other flour? The recipes are endless. Using quinoa flour? Sorghum flour? The opportunities are endless with this
Raw Goods line from Namaste Foods. Remember,
Namaste Foods also has an extensive baking mix line – including an all-purpose flour, pumpkin bread mix (so tasty), pizza crust, bread mix, etc.
Looking for recipes? Namaste Foods has an extensive recipe collection, easily sorted by each product. Check out this recipes from my fellow blogger, A Dash of Meg Nut!
