#CDAM16 Weekly Sponsor Canyon Bakehouse Brownies

Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites are some of the newest innovations from Canyon Bakehouse – a gluten-free mainstay in our community, and hopefully in your bellies and hearts too! I personally love Canyon Bakehouse and I know that you all do too – which is why we’re so happy they are a weekly sponsor for Celiac Disease Awareness Month. But back to the chocolate-ty bite-sized noms we’re here to talk about.

Their Brownie Bites are so good, when we tested them at Natural Product Expo West, people couldn’t tell that they were gluten-free!

They’re also super handy if you want to make anything with brownies, but don’t want to go through the process of making brownies – like making brookies! I love the mish-mash of brownies and cookies, so I used Canyon Bakehouse Brownies as the bottom layer, with chocolate chip cookie dough on top! I cannot stop eating these. Someone send help.

These brownies are certified gluten-free and made from whole grains. A single package retails for about $5.00. Interested in the ingredients? Here they are: Non-GMO Cane Sugar, Non-GMO Canola Oil, Egg, Cocoa Powder (processed with alkali), Water, Tapioca Flour, Brown Rice Flour, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF: Salt, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor, Enzymes

I just want to TRY a bagel. I haven’t had one in years and can’t find them near me. I used to eat them with butter and honey so I’ll start with plain and then go for everything.

I’d probably want to make an ice cream sandwich with coconut ice cream, but what probably would happen is that I wouldn’t be able to wait, so I would just eat the brownies right away. And then the ice cream…..
