I constantly hear from readers that Canyon Bakehouse is one of their favorite bread companies. They retail for about $5.00 a bag and are available at most major retailers. I find many of my readers find them at Target. TARGET! If you can’t seem to find them, please use the store locator here.

My favorite has to be the 7-Grain, pictured above with hand-cut paper hearts (because that’s how much I love them). This bread is full of whole grains – like sorghum, millet, teff, and buckwheat. It’s also full of eggs, like their other loaves, so if you are egg-free (I can do baked eggs, no judgement), this bread is unfortunately not for you. Other bread varieties include Mountain White, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, and Deli Rye Style Bread. In need of buns? They’ve got you covered. Focaccia? OF-ocaccia-course.

What do I do with all of my bread? I make toast. I love toast. I don’t think my day has started without a piece of toast. And SunButter. And jelly. Or maybe just some cinnamon and sugar. But toast, toast is where it’s at. Do I have a recipe for this toast? Nope. But if you don’t know how to make toast at this point, I’m not sure even this blog can save you.

    I’ve heard about Canyon GF quite a bit, but have never personally seen their stuff in stores. I am always dying to try new products and feel like their 7 grain sounds so yummy. Thanks for sharing about their company!

    I want to eat the 7 grain bread every day FOREVER! My favorite is spreading some goat cheese on it (toasted) and then adding a fried egg. I’ve never tried their bagels, but I can only imagine!

    We /love/ Canyon Bake house in our house! The Rye makes the best grilled cheeses, no matter what my niece says. 😉 We really want to try the bagels, but nobody seems to carry it near us. It’s killing us!!

    I love the rye. I use it for sandwiches. I order it online because my Target only carries the white or 7 grain. I love when the box comes and smells like fresh baked bread!
