#CDAM16 Weekly Sponsor Pascha Chocolate

It’s Sunday! Hello! We made it to yet another week! This week is sponsored by Pascha Chocolate, and it only makes me sad. Why? Because I’m stuck in San Diego at Digestive Disease Week eating out of my suitcase and the one thing I didn’t bring is – chocolate! But we’ll still choose to celebrate instead of being sad for my lack of high-quality chocolate in my suitcase. Because chocolate is supposed to make you happy!

I met Pascha chocolate years ago in Chicago and fell in love. They make all kinds of chocolate now – even though I met them when they were just bars (I’m dating myself here). They now make their bars in a variety of flavors, chips, a chocolate spread that’s to die for, and now sugar-free bars, rice milk bars, and vegan white chocolate chips. Think about that…vegan…white chocolate…!

Pascha Chocolate

Why do I love Pascha Chocolate so much? They’re top 8 allergen free, which is obviously the best. They’re CSA certified gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, certified vegan, 1% for the planet, fair trade and made from real unicorn tears. The last part wasn’t real, but with all those accolades, it might as well be.

Today we’re talking about their OG product – their chocolate bars. Kicking it old school with Pascha – this is one of the first shows after I got hooked on these bars! Oh, Expo West a few years ago, look at how young I look before the years of month-long giveaways have left me haggard. I kid. Kind of.

Pascha Chocolate - now with coffee! Our BFF SImon!

What’s most impressive about their bars is the variety of flavors. These aren’t your normal grocery store candy bars (those aren’t even real chocolate anyways). They range from 55% to 85% cacao. (Don’t worry, if you’re more of a “milk” chocolate person they have smaller rice milk bars now). The regular bars include: 55% cacao with nibs, 55% cacao with goldenberries, 70% cacao with Arabica coffee, 70% cacao with lucuma, and 60% cacao with maca. You can shop any of these bars ONLINE HERE. However, luckily, over the years of knowing them, they’ve had much more distribution, and I can even find them at the Sprouts near me!

We will be talking about Pascha Chocolate ALL WEEK LONG – I know, what a great week to talk about chocolate! If you’re a chocolate fanatic like me, make sure you come back to Celiac and the Beast every day to enter to win some Pascha Chocolate!

Want to win Pascha Chocolate bars? We’re running a giveaway for one lucky winner for these bars! Follow the terms and conditions in the Rafflecopter below and you’ll be entered to win! Thanks again to our sponsor, Pascha Chocolate.

I’d love to try some other products they make–especially the rice milk bars to try milk chocolate!! I currently LOVE their 55% dark chocolate bar, but getting them individually wrapped like the mini bars would be great too–I’ll be on the lookout for those.

You cannot beat chocolate like this–organic, free of top 8 allergens and carageenan, and fair trade! (and more)!!
