This ice cream cookie sandwich is unlike anything on the market right now. This is a premium dessert, worth it weight (and price tag). The ingredients are so special, this hasn’t been done before. And between these cookies? Of course, it’s Coconut Bliss dairy-free vegan frozen dessert. If you haven’t had Coconut Bliss, stop reading and go to the store right now.     I JUST tried the vanilla ice cream and couldn’t believe how creamy it is! I can’t wait to get the sandwiches for my hubby, they’re the first ones I’ve seen that are gluten AND soy free. He will be beyond thrilled! Besides making our own with cookies, he hasn’t had an ice cream sandwich in over 5 years.

    You had me at Ice cream sandwich! 😻😊 I have been able to try only the pints of the coconut bliss ice cream our store don’t carry the sandwiches, but I would love to try the dark chocolate one. I actually was in terrible pain last night cause something I ate had to of had gluten in it because I was doubled over in pain. Ugh… I think the restaurant thought I was joking when I said I couldn’t have gluten😭😖 And I miss having cookies and ice cream that won’t put me in pain.

    I tried my first one at GFFAF in Columbus. Our school’s music program sells them after concerts as a fundraiser and my poor son always feels so left out. Now that
    I know they exist, I just have to find some in the store!
