OWYN PROTEIN POWDER
While I’ve talked about their ready-to-drink protein shakes before, we haven’t talked much about their protein powder packets. While the ready-to-drink shakes are perfection for travel, these protein powders are great for more flavor variety and creativity when you’re at home with your favorite blender.

Now, how you want to eat this is up to you. Am I going to judge you if you don’t turn this into a Instagram-worthy smoothie bowl topped with fruits that are only found in the obscure section of Whole Foods? Nope. Make it a smoothie and just drink it and appreciate the fact that it provides 20 grams of plant-based protein (or more depending on what milk you use and what else you add). Appreciate that you’re feeding your body something healthy, nutritious, and safe for celiacs.
- 1 packet of OWYN Ultimate Wellness Strawberry Banana
- 1 cup of ice
- 8-10 ounces of plant-based milk (I used Elmhurst almond milk)
- 1 handful of freeze-dried bananas and strawberries (I used Isofrut)
- 1 handful of fresh strawberries
- Strawberries or other fresh fruit for topping
