Guys, I love gluten-free pizza. I love gluten-free pizza done right. I love it when the crust is amazing – chewy and crunchy in the right mix. I love it when they offer dairy-free cheese so I don’t get sick. I love it when they use separate utensils and get me fresh ingredients from the back of the house so there’s no cross-contamination.

I love it too! Whenever we go to Salt Lake City, we head up to Park City Pizza for some really good gluten-free pizza. One of the owners is a celiac, so they totally “GET IT” about cross-contamination. So good!
