Sadly, I cannot do eggs anymore. I can do them baked, but I’m not sure if I’m willing to give Deviled Eggs a try again – even though they are one of my favorite things to eat. If you can enjoy eggs, I rounded up a few fun and funky ways to make deviled eggs this year for Easter (or for me, just as a fun appetizer). Check out this infographic from New Hope Network below and then a recipe from blogger Flippin’ Delicious using Hatch Green Chiles below!

What about using Hatch Green Chile Co. products in deviled eggs? Our friend at Flippin’ Delicious did it for the latest post on Gluten Free and More magazine online blog! Check this recipe out!

This Easter, if you’re doing deviled eggs – don’t just use your traditional recipe. Mix it up with something funky and delicious and your guests will be so excited! Now, if only my intestines would agree. Fingers crossed for me this Easter.
We could not have imagined this past weekend without a helping of colorfully made eggs. If only we’d known about these recipes– the Springtime Herb will be making an appearance at our first post-Easter brunch! I think you would be more tempted to indulge in an egg or two if you read our recent article on how eggs don’t increase your cholesterol levels, the science has flipped. Thanks for the inspiration!
