The Gluten Free Bar Review & Giveaway

Knock Knock!

Who’s There?

A soy-free, dairy-free, vegan, all natural, gluten-free protein bar.

Oh, hey, The Gluten Free Bar! Haven’t seen you in forever!

That’s right, you probably haven’t heard me talk about The Gluten Free bar (away from expos) since I reviewed them a billion years ago on Celiac and the Beast. You can read the review here.

Since then, I’ve become affiliated with them and will be blogging about them and their products pretty often. I’ll be getting my bars for free (thanks GFB!) and also hosting reviews for the product as well. As you guys know, I only get involved with brands like this when I really love them and think they’re a great product. I’ve loved the GFB for a long time, and I’m happy to be their blogger friend!

I just nominated The GFB as one of my top gluten-free snack bars on SheKnows.com too!

The Gluten Free Bar bars have a crazy amount of protein – and awesome ingredients that I don’t feel bad about eating. They’re 12 grams of protein for each bar. The simple ingredients found in the regular peanut butter bars are so simple!

This is it: virginia peanuts, organic brown rice, protein blend (brown rice protein, pea protein), organic agave nectar, dates, organic crisped brown rice, golden flaxseed, vanilla, sea salt. contains peanuts.

You can find more calorie contents and ingredients on the GFB’s website here.

Hi Erica, Congrats on being selected to be an official Natural Products Expo blogger.
I sincerely invite you to stop by our booth 5097, WOWBUTTER FOODS. WOWBUTTER is a Safe-for-School gluten-free, peanut-free spread that ‘looks and tastes just like peanut butter’ and is a great peanut butter replacement for all those kids allergic to peanuts & nuts, and for ALL kids who can no longer bring PB&J’s or any p-nut products to schools due to peanut allergy policies now in place in many schools. Anyway, please do stop by for a taste.

    Thanks, David Singsank
