Celiac and the Beast Update

Erica Dermer, April 10, 2015

BIG NEWS! I just signed on to be the Managing Editor and Digital Content Director for Gluten Free & More magazine.

What does that even mean? I’ll be part of an amazing team for Gluten Free & More magazine – the leading magazine in food allergies and sensitivities include celiac disease and NCGS. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be working with lifestyle content for the magazine – because I’m leaving the recipes to the real experts! This means I’ll be asking you more questions, finding out what really matters to you – living life with food allergies, food sensitivities, celiac, and NCGS. I’ll be attending more shows, more events, more conferences, and finding out what’s hot in the world of gluten free – and more!

What does this mean for Celiac and the Beast? Don’t worry, it’s not going away! I’m wearing two different hats already, as you know I’ve been writing for Gluten Free & More magazine for years. I will still have all the same advertisers, promotions, giveaways, and posts on Celiac and the Beast! I will still be there for you – an open ear to listen to and a shoulder to cry on or someone to say, “it’s okay to be angry now, but it’s going to be okay” when dealing with issues in our gluten-free universe. You might see more Gluten Free and More articles, recipes, and news shared with Celiac and the Beast fans – but that’s only an added bonus for you guys. My opinions will be my opinions still – separate from those from any employer I work for, regardless of any of my advertisers. Nothing has changed in that aspect.
