Keeley and I recently got to be a part of the grand opening of the new Jeffersonville, Indiana Enjoy Life Foods bakery. It’s the largest bakery of it’s kind in North America – built from the ground up free from the top allergens (top 8 free in the US and of Priority 12 in Canada). This is the facility where most of their products will be made, with room to grow for the future too! It’s a 200,000 square foot facility. It’s massive. Like, photos can’t even describe how big it is.
Not even this panoramic shot, taken right before the ribbon cutting, can show you how big this place is!
Joel, the CMO, and the face of Enjoy Life Foods.
Scott, the big cheese (dairy-free of course), and CEO of Enjoy Life Foods
The mayor of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Modelez corporate staff along with the Enjoy Life Foods team.
Keeley and I are running for Enjoy Life Foods President and Vice President. Will you vote for us? We’ll send you all free top 8 free chocolate chips.
Next we went into the factory and got a tour of all the secret sauce things that we’re not allowed to take photos of, and we smelled all the delicious smells. It was magical. Here are a few shots I can share from inside this MASSIVE facility. But first, here’s us in hairnets.
The process to make soft baked Enjoy Life Foods cookies is so awesome to watch from start to finish – mixing to baking to packing – we got to see it all!
And of course, they baked some fresh ones just for us!
We had so much fun at the Jeffersonville, Indiana facility with Enjoy Life Foods. Thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of the launch party!
**I am a sponsored blogger for Enjoy Life Foods and often receive sponsored travel and paid compensation for my work. However, before I became a part of their blogging team I ate all of their food. And I still do. All of the Plentils and chocolate chips. All of them**
