Unfortunately it was only three packages, which were gone way too soon. Next time, another suitcase just for bagels.
I recreated GF Jules Overnight French Toast Casserole. Jules is about one of the best bakers on the planet, so much so that she’s made careers out of it. I love her baking and I’ve learned so much from her throughout the years of friendship and working together with Gluten Free & More magazine. She truly is a superstar.

I recently bought Canyon Bakehouse white bread from Target. I loved it so I ordered $50 worth of products (have a few items in the freezer still). It is the best gluten free bread I’ve been able to find since being diagnosed in March. I would love to win but if not I will just have to put in another order. LOL

PS- bread (even awesome GF bread) isn’t actually good for ducks. Corn, oats, rice, cut up grapes, peas, corn, or bird seed are all better and safer for them. 🙂

In the past 2 months I was able to just start trying out your bread. Not only do I love it but my husband and daughter do too. That in itself is an accomplishment because I cant get my husband to eat anything gluten free!! Both he and my daughter said that this is the best bread that they’ve tried so I’m going to keep on buying it.
