Welcome to #CATBHoliday and our newest sponsor, Canyon Bakhouse! You might know Canyon Bakehouse for their line of gluten-free sliced bread, bagels, and dessert products. Their mission is to Love Bread Again – and if you’ve had their product, you know that they’ve achieved that mission. You might also remember them from all the fun we had at Expo West 2015, filming videos highlighting their newest products, the Everything Bagel and their Brownie Bites. You should definitely watch it.

I’m probably most excited about their Everything Bagel. It’s so good. In fact, it’s so good, I left Food Allergy Bloggers Conference with as many Everything Bagels I could fit into my suitcase. Unfortunately it was only three packages, which were gone way too soon. Next time, another suitcase just for bagels.
I recreated GF Jules Overnight French Toast Casserole. Jules is about one of the best bakers on the planet, so much so that she’s made careers out of it. I love her baking and I’ve learned so much from her throughout the years of friendship and working together with Gluten Free & More magazine. She truly is a superstar.
What else can you do with the Canyon Bakehouse breads?
- Turn it into a crisp topping for this Pumpkin Apple Crisp.
- Feed the neighborhood gluten-free ducks.
- Put it on your cat’s head (see cat breading).
- Make a Sunbutter & Jam sandwich.
- Turn it into a toast cup.
Would you like to win a Canyon Gluten Free Bakehouse prize package? Of course you do, because you’re gluten free and you’re human. At least I think you are. I hope you are. Regardless, humans will like this. Even Murphy likes the bagels. So follow the terms and conditions of the Rafflecopter below to enter to win. And be sure to follow us this week on Instagram for something special!
**DISCLAIMER: Canyon Bakehouse is a paid sponsor of Celiac and the Beast and #CATBHoliday. Because it’s a great brand full of great people that make even better bagels.**
