Good news! I’ll be attending the Los Angeles and Chicago Dream Dining Series presented by GFF Gluten-Free Forever Magazine! I purchased my tickets and am attending as a regular person, which means I can just visit a city and not do any work and just eat gluten-free food and leave! It’s a magical experience when I get to travel without a conference or event to attend! I’m getting a rental car and exploring these amazing cities that I love!
The GFF Magazine Dream Dining Series features exceptional, 100% gluten-free chef-prepared meals in extraordinary restaurants that prove just how delicious gluten-free can be. These one-of-a-kind culinary experiences are hosted by GFF Magazine Editor-in-Chief Erika Lenkert and attended by other GF luminaries, presented by Schar with Nima Sensor. Guests will enjoy multi-course meals, swag bags, gifts and surprises, and each event will be featured in an issue of GFF. 2018 locations include: Austin, Chicago, LA + NYC. I won’t be at the Austin or NYC locations, but I’m hoping to see some familiar faces in Chicago and LA!

While I’m in Los Angeles, I plan on visiting Erin McKenna’s Los Angeles Bakery and Stuff’d and Fonuts. NO idea how I’m going to eat this much food in less than 24 hours, but perhaps I’ll take some to-go on the plane (mental note to self: bring Ziploc freezer bags).

While I’m in Chicago, I plan on visiting Wildfire and Wheat’s End (as seen in my Enjoy Life Foods Tour Guide to Chicago and LYFE Kitchen, and The Little Beet Table. Okay, that seems like a lot of places to eat in 36 hours, so I better get planning NOW.
Looks like a dreamy event! Have an amazing time!
