While it’s still 100 degrees here in Phoenix, I can just hear the women at my Pure Barre getting ready for their Ugg boots. Nothing against Ugg boots and leggings (it’s practically a uniform in Salt Lake City), but I was not prepared for this season change so soon. I want to at least put on a hoodie without triggering a hot flash before I can start thinking about fall, warming spices, pumpkins, and Halloween. Too late, Erica. Christmas decorations are already out at Tuesday Morning, and I’m sure they’re coming to Target soon. It couldn’t be more apparent that it’s fall already than walking the show floor at Expo East. Yes, gluten-free pumpkin spice is a thing, and every year the mega PSL (pumpkin spice latte) trend gets bigger – and earlier. Here are my top finds for gluten-free pumpkin spice products this year.
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Products
Pumpkin Spice Candy
I can’t wait to find these Cocomel Pumpkin Spice caramels near me soon! They’re dairy-free and seriously delicious – I had a chance to try their R&D formulation last year before they were launched. For now, you can buy them on Amazon.
I’ve covered these pumpkin Dandies marshmallows before, but every year, I keep wishing they would keep them on year-round!
These Maxine’s Heavenly seasonal Pumpkin Pecan Spice cookie are everything you want in a cookie – they’re soft-baked and moist, but also vegan and gluten-free. The combination of pumpkin, pecans, and spices make this a must buy.
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Bars
Want to carry pumpkin spice in your suitcase or bag? Check out these limited editions bars and bites that are gluten-free!
I can’t have these because (almost) all of the Perfect Bars have dairy, but I loved them before I went DF. Non-GFBF really likes these bars, and I’ve met many celiacs that really like these bars. These bars mix dried pumpkin, pumpkin seed oil, and peanut butter (contains dairy). These are a very limited seasonal product. Buy them online.
Buy these KIND Caramel Almond Pumpkin Spice bar (these are not DF, contains dairy) online and at a retailer near you. These are limited edition bars.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread
Is it really fall if you haven’t had pumpkin bread? Fall is also the best time to carb load so you can get your Santa-perfect winter body. Don’t miss King Arthur Flour Pumpkin Bread mix, Simple Mills grain-free Pumpkin Muffin and Bread mix, Whole Note Pumpkin Bread and Muffin mix, Katz Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie Spiced Glazed Donuts, and Trader Joe’s famous gluten-free pumpkin pancake mix!
And of course, how could you forget the most exciting gluten-free pumpkin spice launch of the year – TRADER JOE’S GLUTEN FREE PUMPKIN SPICE BAGELS?
DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte
Sometimes I don’t want to leave the house to enjoy the seasonality of pumpkin spice. Why get up and put on a bra just to drive to Starbucks (plus it has dairy anyways)? Finally, the crescendo of this blog post – how to make your very own dairy-free pumpkin spice latte.
These gluten-free dairy-free pumpkin spice products can help you make a DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte at home! Check out Califia Farms Better Half creamer (no sugar added), Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Creamer, Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Latte Cold Brew, Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Nog, Laird Superfood Pumpkin Spice Superfood Creamer, and nutpods in Pumpkin Spice.
Many are available on Amazon too (buy nutpods on Amazon with my affiliate link)!
I love Ancient Nutrition bone broth protein powder. Until now, the turmeric was my go-to flavor for using their powder in a hot drink. I am really excited for this pumpkin spice flavor to launch – combining the umami meatiness of bone broth with the warming flavors of pumpkin.
