There were so many things I found at Expo West. It’s taken me weeks to get my thoughts together. I mean, I also have visited several states since I left the show floor of Expo West, but you know – such is travel life. I have approximately a trillion things to share, so I’m taking it a little bit at a time. First, let’s tackle dessert.

All Free – a new brand from O’Doughs – new top 8 free brownie bites including S’mores brownies! You’ll most likely find in stores that stock O’Doughs (Sprouts – for Phoenix, AZ readers).

Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss – NEW frozen dessert bars! The vanilla is great, but the raspberry acai is such an innovative new flavor – and delicious wrapped in chocolate.

Daiya Foods – NEW frozen dessert bars in a handful of flavors including Classic Vanilla Bean, Salted Caramel Swirl, Espresso Coffee, and Chocolate Fudge Crunch. You’ll never miss those dairy-filled Dilly Bars ever again!

Justin’s – NEW dark chocolate cashew butter cups! If you love cashew butter, you’ll love these!

Nana Creme – NEW flavors – including gluten-free cookie dough that will blow your mind. I am super impressed with the new flavors from Nana Creme.

NadaMoo – NEW flavors of their vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free frozen dessert pints – including the Caramel Cold-Brew & Cookies (um yes, this is as incredible as it sounds), Strawberry Cheesecake, and Cookie Dough Fudge (also as good as it sounds, sinful!). These are already out on the market so buy them today!

Namaste Foods – Cake Cup – free from the top 8 allergens! Just add oil and milk (non-dairy) and pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds! It was better than I imagined and formed so well!

Pascha Chocolate – NEW baking chips and NEW cocoa! Yes, it says quinoa. Why? Because the nutiness of quinoa adds a flavor to their chocolate baking chips that are more like peanut butter chips than you can get free from the top allergens!

Simple Mills – NEW soft baked cookies and if you like peanut butter cookies, you get these immediately. That’s a direct order

So Delicious Dairy Free – NEW brand and flavors of pints – available NOW at natural grocery stores (Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, and Sprouts here in Phoenix)

Schar – NEW Puff Pastry. Yes, it’s dairy-free. Yes, it’s incredible. Yes – you need this in your life

Schar – NEW Gluten Free Chocolix – like a gluten-free Twix bar. Yes, these include dairy, but I will enjoy you eating them in front of me and maybe just breathing on my face. I miss Twix.

And by all means, these are NOT the only awesome desserts I found at Natural Products Expo West 2018. I can’t wait to see what companies launch new desserts and treats that are gluten-free and dairy-free in 2018! Stay tuned to Celiac and the Beast to see them all!

Remember, Expo West 2018 is a trade show – meaning it’s meant to launch products to retailers. I am so fortunate to attend every year, but keep in mind that some of these products won’t see us (meaning the end consumer) for up to another year! I hope that all these amazing desserts are stocked on store shelves soon – I’ll be waiting patiently!
